If you are a Magic Desktop 3 user:
Firstly you can try pressing the “?” icon on the password prompt. The reminder question (if it was set up) may help you get it back. If you cannot answer that question either, you should probably reset your password. Type an invalid password in the password dialog box. When the wizard asks if you have forgotten password, answer yes. You will see the license code in the information box. Please send the number to us at https://www.magicdesktop.com/go/support, explaining the situation and we will generate a reset code for you.
If you are a Magic Desktop 8 (or newer) user:
Firstly you can try pressing the “?” icon on the password prompt. The reminder question (if it was set up) may help you get it back. If you cannot answer that question either, reset the password by following the instructions here and then enter the reset code you received after selecting “Forgot your password?” and clicking on the reset link.
