Some of the icons are cut-off and the applications do not fit on screen, what’s wrong?

Magic Desktop is made to run under standard resolutions, therefore some of the lower resolutions will truncate parts of the screen. Try to set your screen resolution at a minimum of 1024x768. You can do this by right clicking on the desktop under regular Windows and select the Resolution option.
