I forgot my Master Password and I own a license. What do I do?

You’re going to need your license key.  It looks like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXX (X represents alphanumerical characters )

Click on any locked feature, like the Parental Control, and the password prompt shows up.

Then input a false password on the pad and press Enter.

The system will tell you that password is wrong. Choose “Reset Password”.

Now input your license key and press the enter button to reset your password back to “0000”.
