After the recent MS Edge update, older versions of Magic Desktop 11 may produce this behavior with our online apps. This problem has been patched since then, on version 11.5.0.52.
If you own a Family license, go to https://www.magicdesktop.com/go/download and choose the Home computers and tablets option when prompted. Once you have the installer, execute it and let it install over your current setup.
If you own a license for organizations and use the kiosk edition of Magic Desktop, go to https://www.magicdesktop.com/download/kiosk to obtain the installer and overwrite the setup in all machines with an earlier version. Optionally, use WinGet to do the update.
In either case, always make sure to visit https://account.magicdesktop.com/ to manage your licensed machines in the event the product requires reactivation. You may also contact our Support to obtain assistance with this.
