3. For Corporate & IT Environments
If you are using a work email address, your organization’s firewall or mail gateway (like Mimecast, Barracuda, or Proofpoint) might be greylisting our server.
Greylisting is a method where the server temporarily rejects an email from an unknown sender. While our servers automatically retry, this can cause delays or blocks.
Please forward the following details to your IT Department:
"Please add magicdesktop.com to our inbound whitelist and greylist exemptions. This will ensure that automated system emails and support correspondence are delivered without delay. Our mail servers utilize standard SPF and DKIM protocols for verification."
4. Check Your Junk/Spam Folder
If you find an email from us in your Spam folder:
Open the email.
Click the Not Spam or Report as Not Junk button.
This helps teach your email provider that you want to hear from us!
