Why can't I activate my license on a new setup?

Your license key has spent its usable instances on previous setups and must be released so you can use it again.

Please note that you can only release one instance at a time, if your license offers more than one, to install in multiple computers, please contact support to get assistance in releasing the activation instances you need.
