Support page improvement recommendation
In case this also helps, I'm a busy parent and overlooked the Community link when I was seeking answers to my questions. I instead went to Support. Since Support has an FAQ (at http://www.magicdesktop.com/en-US/Support), I didn't find the other one for many weeks (the other one meaning: https://community.magicdesktop.com/hc/en-us/categories/204027507-FAQ). This meant that I spent a lot of time learning (on my own) how to configure Magic Mail (IMAP in Gmail wasn't working so I finally ended up going to POP). So you may want to make a reference at the top of the Support page to the Community page so that other users don't have a similar experience.
