How do I cancel my subscription?

I no longer need the service but I don't see a way to cancel my subscription.  I continue to get charged and would rather avoid filing a claim with my credit card company.

  Whenever you need to cancel a subscription, simply use the e-mail address originally used in the purchase to mail us at https://www.magicdesktop.com/go/support with "subscription cancellation" on the subject. Our Helpdesk team will process your cancellation request within 24 hours.
