differences between family license and organization license?

I'm wondering what the differences between an organization and family license? what if I have two devices and one kid using at the time?

  Licensing for organizations is strictly provided per annuum and the pricing is calculated on volume. Licensing for families, has both subscription and perpetual licensing modes that you can choose, each key purchased is limited to the amount of machines you can use.   But ultimately, the key difference is who is making the purchase. If it is on behalf of an organization, you are not eligible for family licensing.
