Conflict with chrome browser / Norton?

    You should ascertain the cause of this issue first by checking Norton for any flagged files pertaining to Magic Desktop. Files from our product often have “EZ” in the name. Once you have the heuristics reports pertaining to our product, submit those via Parental Control > Help & Support with a brief description of the problem.
