The version 9.4 (which you will install) has some differences as compared to the version you have now.
The best thing you can do is backup this folder, then copy it back to the same directory and after that install the new Magic Desktop, that will replace some files and remain most user files in place.
(Please note you will probably need to move some files from this folder after fresh install C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyBits For Kids\Users\_S.... as its name will be changed)
Please contact us at https://www.magicdesktop.com/go/support if you will have any questions.

    Hi Alex,

Yes, you may back up the folder, but let's make sure it will work fine after re-install first.
Please let us know your license key so that we can see what MD version you are using (send it to https://www.magicdesktop.com/go/support)

    Thank you,
    Magic Desktop team

    Hi,

I really don't know what my license info is. Magic Desktop came installed on my HP All-in-one.

After reinstalling the computer, could you tell me which files or folders I should copy back?

    Best regards
