How do I block content?

I have stumbled upon something I have no interest in having my kids watch. I clicked Dislike and it does nothing it doesn't even move it to a another section like it does when you Like a video. Ideally if you click Dislike on an item you should also be given the opportunity to BLOCK it so you never see it again.  Can this be done in any way beyond clicking on Dislike which achieves nothing.  Thanks.

  All applications have a parental mode, which unlocks the ability to edit the selection of content inside. All you need to do is follow this guide and you'll be able to check off individual activities, websites, videos and games and while these will be listed to you as a parent, they will stop showing up to the child whilst using the individual applications or Magic Pick.
