Running Magic Desktop on Chromebook

My son uses Chromebook at home to aid learning, which is strong to withstand child's kind of activity and OK for my little budget.

I explored some of the features of Magic Desktop 9 and discovered some educative and entertaining things I would like to deliver to the son, while restricted for budget to purchase an entirely new windows PC.

Is it possible to run Magic Desktop on Chromebook, maybe through the use of Cross Over app? My search on the Internet shows not all windows apps can run on Chromebook using Cross Over app.

  Magic Desktop will only run under Windows OS, given it's designed to act as a shell to Windows primary functions and interface.
